NEW VERSION OF THE CORRECTED TEXT:
The Client Meeting Didn’t Go as Planned
The Client Meeting Didn’t Go as Planned
Yesterday, we had a meeting with an important client regarding the new project proposal. I prepared everything the night before, but when we presented, many problems arose. First, the slides did not open properly due to a technical issue. Then, my colleague started to explain the idea, but he mixed up the details. The client kept asking questions that we were unable to answer. It was a very embarrassing moment for all of us.
Additionally, our team did not have clear communication, so some of us spoke over each other. The client looked very disappointed and said he needed to think before deciding to move forward. I believe this is a lesson for us. We must plan better and test everything before the meeting. Otherwise, it will affect our company's reputation.
